GENERAL STANDARDS FOR THE PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT AND PAPERS
Participation in the Scientific Programme of the 14th Congress will require two steps. First, you shall submit an Abstract, and then, once the Abstract has been accepted, submit your final Paper. You will find in the official Congress website the relevant Instructions for the reparation and submission of both documents.
Once the scientific committee has accepted your abstract, you should read carefully the entire content of these Standards before the electronic submission of your communication. For the submission, you shall follow the “Instructions for the preparation and submission of Communications” (downloadable document).
There must be at least one author registered at the Congress for each of the Papers accepted. The same author cannot be the only one registered in more than one Communication, unless he is the single author of such papers.
The length of the papers shall not be less than 3 pages (A4) and not more than 8.
Abstracts and Papers shall be submitted using the online form you can find in the official Congress website:
www.congresomineriasevilla2018.org/internacional-ingles/abstracts-comunications.html, taking into account the deadlines listed below.
Abstracts/Papers can be presented in Spanish or English, official languages of the Congress. The Paper shall be written in the same language as the Abstract.
Abstracts and Papers shall undergo a review process under the following criteria: relevance of work, relevance for the Congress, novelty and production quality.
All the Papers finally accepted will be published in the Proceedings of the 14th International Congress on Energy and Mineral Resources. The Congress Scientific Committee is taking all the appropriate steps to include all accepted Abstracts in the SCOPUS database, (https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scopus) or in another one with similar characteristics.
